Simple preparation, cubes always come in handy. Quick goulash, ragout. Or try frying in a hot pan for about 15min on oil, then add grated garlic and ginger, dice, then add chopped bell peppers, broccoli (or peas, beans...) and onions. Sauté for a few minutes so that the vegetables are still crispy, in a bowl mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, a spoonful of cornstarch and a spoonful of honey, a little salt and pepper and pour over the meat and vegetables, leave for another 1-2 minutes to combine everything and you have an unusual a healthy dinner - with rice or noodles.
