Organic lamb slices from a rack with bone approx 600g
Slices from a hanger is our favorite. A wonderful cut for many uses. It's tasty, it has fat. It can be baked on a hot grill until crispy, or in an upper pan. It is fantastic wrapped in a triple wrap and then fried in hot oil. But it is also great for slow cooking, goulash, ragu or curry. The minimum period of consumption is 10 days. Organic dry-aged, pasture-raised lamb.
