Bio Pork Lardo

Originally an Italian speciality. Back fat passes through a freezing process to be then dry cured with salt, pepper and herbs.  No nitrates, chemicals and additives. It can be fried as well, but best it is raw on hot toast or eaten just in thin slices. Great as snack. Use within 30 days even after opening. Store up to 5°C.
