Mustard produced artisanally and in small quantities according to the original Trappist recipe. From selected mustard seeds, which after being soaked in vinegar mixed with water coming from the forests surrounding the Nový Dvůr monastery, are crushed on a millstone. Fragrant, lightly spiced mustard acquires its unmistakable aroma during several weeks of ripening. All types of mustard are preservative free.
