Bio beef slices for stuffing 2pcs approx 400g
Great for all kinds of stuffed rolled meats - like Czech “Spanish Bird” recipe. In Italy, they fill the slices with breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil, parmesan, herbs, salt, pepper and garlic, roll them up, tie them up, fry them and then let them cook for an hour in tomato sauce.So two meals sorted - meat with some sides or bread and pasta sauce. A little faster and more useful than messing around with Czech - Spanish birds :). Use within 10 days. From pasture bio farms.
