Wen is a passionate cook and spices enthusiast from mountain city Chongqing, China — the fiery heart of Sichuan cuisine.

For this pop-up, she’s playing matchmaker between Czech bio meat and her beloved spices. No strict rules—just letting good ingredients have fun together.
