Recipe / Preparation tip

Easy to prepare, cubes are always good. Quick stews, ragouts. Or try frying in a hot pan for about 15 minutes in oil, then add grated garlic and a piece of ginger, meat, then add bell peppers, broccoli (or peas, beans..) and onions. Fry for a few minutes so that the vegetables are still crispy, in a bowl mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce, a tablespoon of cornstarch and a tablespoon of honey, a little salt and pepper and pour over the meat and vegetables, leave for another 1-2 minutes for everything to combine and you have an unusual healthy dinner - with rice or noodles.
