Traditional country chicken from our own farm, characterized by slow growth and a long fattening period lasting up to 100 days (normally 35 days). This method of breeding ensures an excellent mature taste and beautiful meat texture.

The turkeys come from the picturesque Beskydy Mountains near Ostrava, where they are raised with care and emphasis on quality.
