The hens are raised in the most gentle way of raising laying hens with an emphasis on a high level of animal welfare. That is, cage-free breeding and the possibility of free range. In this case, this means that they have almost one hectare of their own fenced adjacent land.

This is part of a field and a garden. This is a sufficiently large area. The breeder can use the 1CZ brand to mark eggs, which means free-range laying hens. Here the hens can behave naturally - dig, run, dust themselves, etc.

Feeding: They make their own feed. They also grow the main ingredients – wheat and corn – themselves.

Water: The hens are fed with fresh, high-quality water from their own 40 m deep well.

Recipe / Preparation tip

To make the omelet, crack 2-3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk well. Heat a tablespoon of butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour the eggs into the pan and spread evenly. If desired, top with chopped vegetables, cheese, ham or herbs. Once the omelet is golden brown on the bottom, fold it in half, reheat briefly and serve immediately.
