Recipe / Preparation tip

Chicken curry - First, fry the onion and garlic in oil, add the chopped chicken breast and fry until golden brown. Then add the curry powder, a little ground ginger and coconut milk, mix well. Let the curry cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with rice or naan bread.

The poultry you find here comes from a small farm where the hens graze only on the meadow. This is a guarantee for us that the animals were treated fairly and with respect. You can feel the difference in taste and quality immediately after the first bite.

Traditional country chicken from our own farm, characterized by slow growth and a long fattening period lasting up to 100 days (normally 35 days). This method of breeding ensures an excellent mature taste and beautiful meat texture.

On the farm, they take care of maximum animal welfare. They take care of maximum animal welfare, the chickens have enough space to move, quality feed and in season they are placed in mobile chicken coops with access to an outdoor run. This approach allows them to perform natural behaviors such as grazing, searching for insects or dusting. In addition to chickens, they sometimes keep other poultry on the farm.

The feed that the animals receive is a mixture of cereal grains enriched with vitamins and minerals, supplemented with fresh fruits and vegetables. This method of breeding is significantly reflected in the quality of the meat, which is incomparably better than meat from factory farms.
