Brisket is a cut of beef that is characterized by its tougher texture, but when cooked slowly, it becomes juicy and full of flavor. First, salt, pepper and rub it with a mixture of spices such as paprika, black pepper and garlic. Then slowly roast it at a low temperature (120-130 ° C) for several hours, until the meat is tender and begins to separate from the bone. You can brush the brisket with barbecue sauce during roasting for better flavor. After roasting, let the meat rest for a while and then slice it against the grain.
